Products
The online shop offers original artworks and hand-printed works by Carita Wallius.
As artworks are handmade, small variations and imperfections are part of their individual character. Colours may also appear slightly different on screen depending on the device and display settings.
Product descriptions include information about the artwork, such as dimensions, materials and technique where applicable.
Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and depend on the destination and the size of the artwork.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other local charges.
Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through the online shop using the payment methods available at checkout.
An order becomes binding once it has been successfully placed and an order confirmation has been sent to the customer.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Helsinki, Finland.

Cancellations and Returns
Consumers have the statutory right to cancel eligible online purchases in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Damaged or Defective Products
If an artwork arrives damaged or otherwise does not correspond to the order, please contact me as soon as possible at info@mest.fi.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the customer's statutory rights concerning defective goods.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through this online shop are governed by Finnish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer's country of residence.
