Refund Policy

I hope you love your artwork. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To request a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. The artwork must be returned within 14 days after notifying me of the cancellation.

​

Returned artworks must be carefully packed and returned in essentially the same condition in which they were received. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the artwork.

Once the returned artwork has been received, the purchase price and the applicable original standard delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with applicable law. The refund may be withheld until the artwork has been received or you have provided proof that it has been sent back.

Damaged orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of both the artwork and the packaging so that I can resolve the issue with you.

Commissioned and personalised works

The statutory right of cancellation may not apply to artworks made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.
