In this work, I explore the feeling of turning inward.

The figure is closed, holding itself in a quiet and protective posture. I am drawn to how the body alone can express emotion — without facial features, without explanation. A slight shift in position can carry vulnerability, tension, or calm.

I work in a soft, intuitive way, building the image through layers of muted tones. I avoid sharp edges and clear definitions, allowing the form to remain open and slightly unresolved.

Silence is not empty. It is a space filled with thoughts, emotions, and the need to pause. In this piece, I wanted to capture that moment where everything turns inward — not as withdrawal, but as a form of self-protection and presence.
