Still Somewhere

Acrylic on canvas

Dimensions 40 x 40 x 2 cm

Still Somewhere is a soft, layered abstract painting in which hazy fields of blush, sand, muted green and ochre dissolve into one another. Distant forms appear and recede, suggesting a place that feels familiar yet remains just beyond reach.

The title refers to something that may still exist somewhere — in memory, in reality, or between the two. Rather than defining the scene, the painting leaves room for the viewer’s own associations, holding a quiet sense of distance, longing and recognition.
